I got to go to church today! I lasted One hour and 45 minutes before I couldn't sit anymore and had to head home, but I lasted for quite a while and I am really proud of that!
It was so nice to see so many wonderful friends and lots of people complimented my cane lol. It is one I inherited from my grandmother. I bet she didn't ever think I would use it as much as I am, so thank you Grandma for the cane! It has REALLY come in handy!
We went out to dinner with my family tonight to a really yummy Mexican restaurant. The chips were great, the salsa was amazing, and the food was wonderful...if only I had been able to order a Diet Coke with lime...it would have been perfect. If this bone heals, than it will have SO been worth it to be Diet Cokeless for a few months! It is the big picture I am focused on! Well, most of the time anyway lol.
I got to come home and snuggle down in my PJs and watch some TV shows. It has been raining all day, so it was nice to be so cuddled up. The kids went to bed pretty easily tonight....meaning Connor only crawled out of his toddler bed about 3 times tonight...oy! When I get the time I have GOT to get a child proof door knob to put on the inside of his door. He isn't potty trained yet, so it won't be a problem if he can't open his door...maybe that will give him the encouragement he needs to get back in bed!
Well, that is all for this Sunday night. Time to crawl into bed and get some sleep! Tomorrow begins a new week!
